Using TFWDS means you agree to these terms. They support legitimate privacy and email-receiving needs while setting boundaries for abuse, service changes, and unavoidable email risks.

Accessing or using the service means you have read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you disagree, stop using the service and delete any aliases you still control.
If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms. Both the organization and the individual operator are responsible for account activity.
You must meet the age required in your location to consent independently to digital services and have the capacity to enter into an agreement. Do not use a false identity or take control of another person’s email without authorization.
Forwarding sign-in relies on an email verification code and may also require an authenticator code once enabled. Protect your email, session tokens, and recovery information, and promptly report unauthorized use.
A temporary email is valid for three hours by default. It can be extended in increments, but its total lifespan cannot exceed 24 hours. After expiration, the address and messages may be cleared, and temporary inboxes do not retain attachments.
Do not use it for banking, healthcare, work identity, or any account that requires long-term recovery. A target platform may reject temporary email addresses, and we do not guarantee compatibility with every sign-up page.
A forwarding alias can continue receiving mail until it is paused or deleted, routing messages to your verified real email address. On-site archives are usually kept for 30 days for delivery checks, recent message viewing, and retries.
Pausing stops future routing; deleting does not recall copies already delivered. You must keep the destination mailbox secure, accessible, and able to receive mail.
Use the service for lawful privacy separation, registration emails, notification routing, and authorized testing. Respect senders, recipients, intellectual property, and the target platform’s terms.
Reasonable automation must follow public interfaces, rate limits, and authorization boundaries. Any use that affects other users or the stability of shared infrastructure is prohibited.
Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, spam, harassment, impersonation, malware distribution, or exchanging illegal content. Do not create accounts in bulk, bypass bans, or evade email restrictions explicitly set by a target service.
Do not scan, reverse-engineer around controls, attack, or disrupt the service. Do not rent or resell access or attempt to obtain another person’s email. We may block related addresses, tokens, sessions, or network sources.
You retain your rights to lawful email content and grant us the limited processing rights necessary to receive, display, forward, archive, and troubleshoot it. This license exists only for the scope and duration required to provide the service.
You warrant that you have the right to use the submitted addresses and content and that your actions do not infringe others’ rights. If we receive a valid legal or infringement notice, we may restrict access and retain necessary records.
We work to keep the service available, but email depends on senders, networks, anti-spam systems, and destination mailboxes. We cannot guarantee delivery of every message or any specific timeframe. Maintenance, security incidents, and failures beyond our control may cause interruptions.
We may change features, quotas, domains, or retention periods and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. If a change no longer suits your needs, stop using the service and migrate important accounts.
We may immediately suspend related access in cases of abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or serious violation of these terms. Where risk is low and the issue can be corrected, we may first ask you to stop the violation.
You may stop using the service, delete aliases, and sign out at any time. After termination, provisions needed to address security incidents, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes remain in effect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free operation, acceptance of addresses by third parties, or permanent recovery of email content.
Using an anonymous email does not make your other online activity completely anonymous and does not relieve you of your legal or platform obligations. Keep your own copies and recovery plans for critical data.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited as required by applicable law.
If a claim results from your unlawful use, infringement of a third party’s rights, or violation of these terms, you are responsible to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
For disputes, first contact support@tempfwds.com with the issue, date, and outcome you want. We will try to resolve it in good faith. Any jurisdiction and governing law remain subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
We may update these terms and display the date at the top of the page. We will provide reasonable notice before material changes take effect. Continued use means you accept the updates; if you disagree, stop using the service.
